Members' Hospitality

We display Christ’s hospitality as we:

• speak to the other person without waiting for someone else to take the initiative.
• introduce ourselves to the ones whom we do not know (remembering that DH is our home and Christ has sent others to us).
• ask visitors if we can explain or show things that are unfamiliar to newcomers; ask if they would like to know more about something we do.
• focus on meeting Christ in the other person.
• remember that it’s not us but Christ in us who is welcoming the Christ in others.
• go up to a visitor after the service, introduce ourselves, and make him or her feel welcome.
